What Podicare holds. Your name, address and phone number, plus the health details and medication information you share when arranging a visit, and anything we record to treat you safely. That's it.

Why. To arrange visits, treat you safely, and keep a basic clinical record, which HCPC-registered podiatrists are required to do.

What Podicare never does. No accounts, no marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for, and your details are never sold or shared for advertising.

WhatsApp. Messages you send travel through WhatsApp's service and remain on your phone and our work phone, protected by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption. If you'd rather not use WhatsApp, phone works just as well.

This website. It has no login. If you use the contact form, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit so Podicare can receive and respond to your enquiry. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days. Please do not include sensitive medical information. Anonymous page-view analytics may be used to see which pages are helpful, never to identify you.

Your rights. Ask any time to see, correct or delete the details Podicare holds about you. Call Call now and we'll usually sort it the same week.
